• Application fees are $65 for each individual who will be a lease signer. All lease signers must be at least 18 years of age. This application may be completed online and is payable with a credit card. Application fees are non-refundable.
• Positive credit and rental histories are required. An active or dismissed bankruptcy will be denied. A bankruptcy must be discharged for at least one year for acceptance.
• Combined annual gross salary of all lease signers must be greater or equal to three times the annual rent. Proof of income must be provided for any income declared on an application.  Pay stubs in PDF version must be uploaded to the application platform for review and verification.
• Any application submitted must be approved prior to an individual moving into the community.
